Several US media sources reported on October 11, 2018 that Selena Gomez has been admitted in a mental health hospital following an emotional breakdown.

According to the reports, the Hands To Myself hit-maker has been suffering from depression and anxiety for sometime, and has been hospitalized before for the medical conditions.

Some few weeks ago, Selena Gomez announced suspension of her involvement on the social media. Whether the announcement has anything to do with the current state of her health can not be concretely established.
