Selena Gomez seems to have reacted to the rumors that have been swirling worldwide that she is dating Zayn Malik, saying that she is single. That was reported by some US media on June 12, 2023

According to the reports, the popular A Year Without Rain hitmaker did that in a video she shared on TikTok on June 8, 2023. In the video, she is reportedly seen shouting at some male football players in a training session somewhere out there, telling them and we quote partly as thus:

"I am single ........... but I'll love you so much"

But then, two big questions arise if her utterance is a response to the romance rumors.

First, does the response imply an outright dismissal of the rumors?

Second, does the response perhaps imply that the speculated romance between herself and Zayn Malik did indeed take place but was just a fling that has now ended?

Rumors about romance between Selena Gomez and Zayn Malik began early this year after they were spotted in a PDA filled dinner date in NYC.
