Britney Spears was born Britney Jean Spears on December 2, 1981 in McComb, Mississippi, USA. She was, however, raised in Kentwood, Louisiana. She is an artist, actress, entrepreneur, and philanthropist.

Britney Spears involvement in music and performing arts started at a very tender age. At the age of three, she attended dance lessons, gymnastics, and voice lessons. She made her stage debut in her hometown of Kentwood at the age of five. She was enrolled at the Professional Performing Arts School in Manhattan, New York City, at the age of eight, after which she got her first professional role in the Off-Broadway musical called Ruthless. In December 2008, Britney Spears released her sixth album: Circus, with her seventh album: Femme Fatale released in March 2011. Her eighth album: Britney Jean was released in June 2013, while her ninth and most recent album: Glory was released in August 2016.
