Shontelle Layne alias Shontelle on October 19, 2019 received Harper's Bazaar Star Awards 2019's International Music Icon award, reported some Barbados' media on November 18, 2019. The award ceremony was held in Saigon, Vietnam.
The T-Shirt hitmaker is Grammy nominated music artist and songwriter. A university educated lawyer, Shontelle is also a staunch philanthropist.
